lovedddd the location and the jacuzzi on the top deck! really happy with our stay and we’d definitely book again!

There is a particular pleasure in arriving at a home that already knows the rhythm of its town. Abode on Woodside sits just above Park City's Historic Main Street, close enough to walk to galleries, restaurants, and the hum of the district's storied stretch, yet set apart on a quiet residential lane where the mountain air settles differently. The home occupies a privileged position in the Old Town neighborhood, with trailheads within walking distance and the kind of proximity to both culture and wilderness that defines the best of this corner of the Wasatch Range.
Managed by Abode, a collection of luxury vacation rentals throughout Park City, the property reflects the company's careful approach to outfitting homes that feel both personally curated and genuinely comfortable. The residence offers the space and privacy of a standalone home with the service standards and design sensibility of a boutique hospitality brand. Interiors are warm and considered, designed to accommodate groups and families with a layout that encourages gathering without sacrificing retreat. Common areas invite long evenings after days spent on the slopes or trails, and the kitchen is equipped for those who prefer to cook with ingredients from local markets rather than dine out every night. Abode's concierge services extend to ski valet, grocery stocking, in-home spa treatments, and curated local experiences, bridging the gap between a private rental and a full-service lodge.
The surrounding landscape is the property's most compelling amenity. Park City's trail network begins practically at the doorstep, offering year-round access to hiking and mountain biking in warmer months and world-class skiing in winter. Historic Main Street, a short walk downhill, delivers an evolving roster of independent restaurants, boutiques, and art spaces that have made this stretch one of the most compelling small-town corridors in the American West. The Town Lift connects Main Street directly to Park City Mountain Resort, placing serious ski terrain within striking distance of the front door.
What lingers after a stay at Abode on Woodside is the feeling of having lived briefly as a local rather than visited as a tourist. The home's position, nestled between trail and town, creates a cadence that is rare in mountain destinations: mornings that begin with birdsong or fresh powder, afternoons that drift between slope and street, evenings that end around a table surrounded by the people you came with. It is the kind of stay that makes you possessive of the address, reluctant to share, and already planning a return.

What gets you here is the proximity to Main Street, but what keeps you is the feeling of being just above it all—perched on the hillside with Old Town spread out below, close enough to walk but removed enough to breathe. The architecture doesn't fight the landscape; it settles into it. Inside, the open living space is genuinely warm rather than staged-warm, with overstuffed sofas and a fireplace that feels like the room's center of gravity. There's a lived-in intelligence to the layout—a reading nook in the master, a captain's bunk that kids will actually love, a kitchen built for real cooking. And then there's the hot tub on the deck, which earns its place not as a luxury checkbox but as the spot where the day finally lands. Hidden staircases connect you to the town below, which gives the whole stay a slightly secret quality—like you've found the neighborhood the locals would keep to themselves.

The location of the property was very convenient for accessing downtown. The house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed the cards and puzzles found in the game closet. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at this wonderful property.
