Great house in a great location, close to the slopes as well as the best restaurants.

There's a particular kind of stay that strips away pretense and gets right to the point: a well-located home, a comfortable bed, and a front door that opens onto everything you came here to do. Abode at Quit N' Time is exactly that. Managed by Abode Park City, a collection of vacation residences scattered across the area's most desirable locations, this property trades polish for proximity, offering guests a grounded, unfussy home base within easy reach of Main Street and the outdoor pursuits that define a visit to this mountain town.
The residence carries the character of a place built for living rather than showing off. You'll find the essentials here without excess: a layout designed for small groups or couples looking to spend most of their time outside the front door, returning only when the day's skiing, hiking, or wandering has run its course. The space is straightforward and functional, a genuine reflection of the value-driven ethos Abode brings to its broader portfolio. Worth noting: the home does not have air conditioning, a detail that speaks to its mountain setting and the cooler temperatures that define much of the year here.
What makes the property particularly appealing is its location. Main Street's restaurants, galleries, and bars sit within a short walk, making it easy to slip out for dinner or a nightcap without needing to think about parking or logistics. Beyond the town's social core, the surrounding landscape opens up into trails, ski terrain, and high-altitude terrain that shifts dramatically with the seasons. Whether you're here for winter powder, autumn color, or long summer evenings, the residence positions you at the intersection of town life and mountain access.
Abode's management approach is hands-off in the best sense. The booking and check-in process is streamlined, and the broader Abode Park City team provides local recommendations and support without hovering. What stays with you after a trip like this isn't the thread count or the furnishings. It's the feeling of having been exactly where you needed to be, with nothing between you and the reason you came.

What gets you here is the proximity—200 yards to the Town Lift, a short walk to Main Street—but what holds you is the way this home feels considered rather than decorated. The great room does that rare thing where kitchen, dining, and living space genuinely flow into one another without losing their distinct purposes. Dark cabinetry against granite, a wooden dining table that anchors the room, new furnishings arranged around a gas fireplace—it reads as someone's thoughtfully kept home rather than a rental styled for photographs. The lower den and the top-floor master suite give the place a quiet vertical rhythm, letting a group spread out without feeling scattered. It suits the kind of travelers who want Old Town's energy at arm's length but crave a real threshold between the outside world and where they sleep.

Great location with access to the town lift either by walking (we found an opening at the end of the block that allowed us to ski straight to the bottom of the town lift)! The property was clean and well-kept, stocked with extra towels, laundry detergent, and luxury bath items. The garage is designed to store skis/snowboards: it even has a boot and glove dryer! Love the place, will definitely book again for future PC trips!
